Seoul II
October 30 - November 3 2019
This trip was so much fun but hella exhausting. We would end our nightly revelries, or rather mornings, at 6 AM. Most of the boys would be knocked out until midday but Ritchie, Carl, and I wanted to explore the city so we’d have catnaps and then be out and about by 11 AM. The rest of the group would meet us wherever we were.
All of my travels thus far have been with my family, girl friends or a boyfriend so traveling with a group of boys was a totally new experience. There’s a different kind of freedom that comes with not having to spend the entire day together. And I surprisingly appreciated that. I enjoyed having my free time during the day then seeing the city with the boys at night/early morning.
I just met these guys a few years ago but they feel like lifelong homies, even brothers. As Sonny would say (who didn’t join us for this trip 🙄), I wouldn’t die for them but I would get seriously injured for any of these guys. And then maybe make fun of them for getting themselves into trouble in the first place.
