Measure Up: Poached Salmon Salad

Second entry for my little Measure Up series: Donya Luzee’s Poached Salmon Salad. I love ordering salads whenever I eat out but I never seem to enjoy them at home. I remember reading somewhere that the reason homemade salads suck is because most of the time, people don’t flavor and season each of the salad ingredients. Well, not anymore! Now I have an idea on what to do. This recipe was so good. And quite easy to make, as long as you don’t overthink what you’re doing. The truffle honey was a game changer 🤤 Will definitely be making this again!
