All we did in Osaka was eat. And boy, did we eat. If we could, Mike and I would totally fly back to Osaka just for some Matsusaka beef and garlic rice at M. I know it doesn't sound grand but you'll know what I mean once you have that first bite. My mouth is watering just thinking of that meal. It was the best way to cap off our first trip together.
You know how they say that traveling with a significant other can make or break your relationship? This trip cemented the fact that Mike is someone I could explore a foreign city with and not stress over the fact that one of us (Mike) spent the Yen we've (obviously me) set aside for the train ride to the airport because a Japanese artist (who barely spoke English and was probably trying to make a sale) said we could use our credit card at the train station (we couldn't). True story, it happened. Didn't even sweat it.
